Service Frequencies
How often the work is performed.
Frequency follows production volume, not a package tier.
Daily Service
A short, tightly defined visit on each operating day, targeting the stations that degrade within one shift.
Weekly Service
One scheduled visit per week covering the cook line, fry stations and the hard-access areas closing crews skip.
Every Other Week Service
A visit every two weeks with a broader scope than weekly service, sized to what accumulates over a fortnight.
Monthly Service
One comprehensive visit each month covering equipment, hard-access areas and the surfaces daily routines cannot recover.
Quarterly Service
A full deep-cleaning visit four times a year, planned well in advance around your slower periods.
Custom Schedule
A schedule built around your calendar rather than a fixed interval: seasonal peaks, term breaks, event runs or shutdowns.
Scope Notes
How we work on site.
- Fryer oil is drained on site and transferred to your disposal container during the visit. We do not haul, transport or collect oil off site.
- Equipment is moved only when it is on wheels or casters, and only after we agree on it with you first.
- Work is performed at step-stool height. Anything requiring a ladder is outside our scope.
Out of Scope
What we do not perform.
- Hood, exhaust duct or rooftop fan cleaning
- Fire suppression system work
- Grease trap or grease interceptor pumping
- Equipment repair, plumbing, electrical, gas, mechanical or structural work
- Indoor pressure washing
- Ladder work (step-stool-height work only)
- Off-site fryer oil hauling, transport or pickup
- Biohazard remediation
