Privacy Policy
Placeholder policy. This text describes intended practice and requires review by qualified legal counsel before it is treated as a final policy.
Information we collect
We collect only what is needed to respond to a commercial enquiry: your name, business name, email, phone number, facility type, city, state and optional ZIP code, service interest, timing and any description you provide. We also record the page you submitted from, the referring site and any campaign parameters in the link you arrived through, plus your browser user-agent string. We do not request sensitive personal information.
Where it is stored
Requests are stored in our own secured cloud database, hosted in the United States, and are readable only by team members who have been granted an internal role. The public website cannot read enquiry records. A limited technical log of submissions is kept to prevent spam and abuse.
How information is used
Submitted information is used to assess your request, prepare scope and communicate about services. It is not sold. Confirmation and internal notification emails may be sent through a third-party transactional email provider.
Consent
Agreeing to be contacted about a request covers communication needed to fulfil that request. Marketing communication is a separate, optional, unticked choice on the form and can be withdrawn at any time by contacting mikealston@crestandanvil.com.
Retention and access
Enquiry records are retained for as long as needed to serve the relationship and meet business obligations. To request correction or deletion, contact mikealston@crestandanvil.com.
Analytics and cookies
No third-party analytics or advertising trackers are active on this site at present. Campaign parameters and the landing page are stored in your browser's local storage so they can be attached to a request you choose to submit. If tracking is added, this policy and any required consent controls will be updated.
