Field Notes

The work, photographed where it happened.

A running record of real visits — what the condition was, what was performed and the standard the work was held to. Working kitchens, not staged sets.

Recent Work

From the field.

Facilities are never identified without written permission. The work speaks for itself.

Commercial kitchen cook line with range and combi oven after deep cleaning

Kitchen Deep Cleaning · Piedmont Triad, NC · 2026

A cook line brought back to a professional finish

Range, combi oven and the hard-access gaps either side of the line.

Closing crews keep a cook line serviceable, but months of production settle into the seams, the sides of the equipment and the floor junction behind it. This visit was scheduled for the time that work actually takes rather than the time left at the end of a shift.

Scope agreed before arrival. Nothing moved that was not on wheels.

Stainless dish pit with high-temperature dishmachine and three-compartment sink

Facility Services · Piedmont Triad, NC · 2026

Warewashing station returned to service ready

Dishmachine surround, three-compartment sink and surrounding stainless.

Dish areas take the most abuse and get the least attention. Splash zones, sink aprons and the wall junction behind the machine were brought back, and the floor drains and surrounding surfaces were finished last so the area was left ready for the next shift.

Left ready for service, not ready for cleanup.

Double-stacked commercial convection oven in a stainless kitchen

Equipment Detailing · Piedmont Triad, NC · 2026

Stacked convection ovens, exterior detail

Carbon and grease removal from oven exteriors, doors and stands.

Equipment exteriors are the first thing an inspector, an owner or a new hire reads as a standard. Doors, handles, side panels and the stand were detailed, and the gap between the units was reached rather than wiped around.

If we would not attach our name to it, it is not finished.

Combi oven steamer on a stainless equipment stand after detailing

Equipment Detailing · Piedmont Triad, NC · 2026

Combi oven and stand detail

Combi exterior, control face and the stand underneath it.

The area under an equipment stand is one of the most consistently deferred spots in a kitchen. It was cleared, cleaned and verified before the unit went back, and the control face was finished without flooding the panel.

Verified before we left, not assumed.

In Their Words

What clients say.

We publish only reviews our clients have actually given us, in their own words.

We would rather show an empty page than a borrowed one. Client reviews appear here as they are given, with permission and attribution. If we have worked in your facility and you would like your experience recorded here, we would be glad to hear it.
